This Month's Recipe
If you're a follower of our monthly recipes then you should have spotted this month's recipe from Hungary, Lángos, and if you haven't already seen them, can I take a moment to remind you to keep an eye out for these monthly recipes- there's always something new to learn from them! This month we're discovering how to make this Hungarian fried flat bread, which looks and sounds delicious, and doesn't seem to be too tricky to make (we hope!) Lángos is traditionally made in brick ovens, but if you don't have one of these (and its unlikely you do if you live in the UK) then don't panic, as today's recipe allows you to fry them and still get the same yummy results, phew!
